• BEI is not responsible for the accuracy of directory content.
• BEI may remove or edit listings that violate policies or damage the reputation of BEI.

• By subscribing, you consent to receive periodic emails.
• You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
• Membership or listing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

• All website content (text, graphics, logos, design) is owned by BEI unless otherwise stated.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• BEI is not liable for any loss, damage, or business outcome resulting from the use of the website, membership, or directory.
• Directory connections are at your own risk.

7. Termination

BEI may suspend or terminate access at any time if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
